1. Space Assignments
Placement is determined by Event Management based on logistics, traffic flow, and event design. Preferences are considered but not guaranteed.

2. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must provide all necessary setup items, including tents, weights, tables, chairs, and any electrical or display needs.

3. No Refunds / Substitutions
This is a rain-or-shine event. All fees are non-refundable. Vendors may request a substitute only with prior written approval. All replacements are subject to Event Management approval.

4. Liability & Property
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their property at all times. Barnfox, LLC, Cannonball, LLC, and Event Management are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all related parties from any claims.

5. No Guarantees
While marketing efforts are made to drive attendance, no guarantees are made regarding sales or outcomes.

6. Conduct
Vendors are expected to maintain a respectful, community-oriented presence. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
